Editorial Reviews:

Album Description
Widescreen/Blu-Ray. PG 13. Men in Black follows the exploits of agents Kay (Jones) and Jay (Smith), members of a top-secret organization established to monitor alien activity on Earth. The two MiB find themselves in the middleof the deadly plot by an intergalactic terrorist (Vincent D'Onofrio) who has arrived on Earth to assassinate two ambassadors from opposing galaxies.

Amazon.com essential video
This imaginative summer comedy from director Barry Sonnenfeld (Get Shorty) is a lot of fun, largely on the strength of Will Smith's engaging performance as the rookie partner of a secret agent (Tommy Lee Jones) assigned to keep tabs on Earth-dwelling extraterrestrials. There's lots of comedy to spare in this bright film, some of the funniest stuff found in the margins of the major action. (A scene with Smith's character being trounced in the distance by a huge alien while Jones questions a witness is a riot.) The inventiveness never lets up, and the cast--including Vincent D'Onofrio doing frighteningly convincing work as an alien occupying a decaying human--hold up their end splendidly. --Tom Keogh

5 out of 5 stars Men In Black   November 20, 2008
Great movie for the whole family. If you haven't already seem this one then you might want to get it.
There is also Men in Black II that will keep the fun going. I hear that they are in the planning to do a third movie. I'll be there for this one too, only hope that it is as good as the first two.

5 out of 5 stars So funny, So cool, Love BD-Live   November 17, 2008
I had forgotten this movie was so funny and good. Well executed. Good SFX. My boys loved it too.
And BD-Live. Yes, admittedly a little slow to load but fun. A lot of potential there. How about downloading official subtitles that are not on the blu-ray? This is the future!

4 out of 5 stars Hilarious   November 13, 2008
This movie is just hilarious from start to finish and it has great replayablity so it is definitely worth the purchase. Also, if you are a fan of the movie, the deluxe version is worth the buy because there is a great amount of extras that are fun to watch.

5 out of 5 stars Solid quality, worth an upgrade from SD DVD   October 21, 2008
I would rate this as a 4 out of 5 as far the the Blu-ray picture quality goes and also 4 out of 5 for audio.

There are a few scenes where grain in the sky is very apparent, but most of the picture is a very reasonable quality.

I won't bother mentioning the film, as many reviewers already have. Overall, this is a great movie and if you are thinking of upgrading your DVD to Blu-ray, it's well worth it.

4 out of 5 stars Good   October 12, 2008
This is a classic movie, I bought it on Blu Ray to test my new player. It isn't impressive on anything below 25 inches, but on a big screen, i am sure that it would be amazing.
