Customer Reviews:

1 out of 5 stars Boring!   July 18, 2007
I bought this book as a gift; I wish I hadn't. It's just dull. Some of the jokes are even mildly offensive.

a cheap little paperback of older jokes. good for kids 10 and up and people that have them, but if you've read one bob phillips joke book you've pretty much read them all.

1 out of 5 stars Best Good Clean Jokes that are not funny!   October 5, 2006

The other reviewer picked the one joke out of the whole book that was actually funny! The rest are just not that funny, many are not funny at all. I was very disappointed in this book.

A few made me smile (very, very few), but none of them made me want to laugh out loud. Most are very lame, and honestly not very funny.

(If you want to read a FUNNY joke book, then get "The Greatest Joke Book Ever" by Mel Greene. It really is one of best joke books around and almost all are clean jokes too. Much, much better than this book.)

5 out of 5 stars Funniest Book Around   March 11, 1998

This book is the funniest book I've ever read. It has jokes from a to z. Bob really finds the funny part of everything. "Hitler always consults with his consultents before doing something. 'What day am I going to die' asks Hitler. His consultent responds ' On a Jewish holiday.' 'How do you know that?''Because any day you die will become a Jewish holiday!" Everybody should have this bok in hand.
